Common questions
- What is Chat with Monet?
- Monet is Let Money Grow's guide. You type a question in plain English and get a clear, practical explanation, with a suggested next step on the site when one fits. Monet explains and recommends — it never moves money and never files anything for you.
- What kinds of questions does it cover?
- Taxes and record keeping, insurance and protection, debt and cash flow, estate basics, buying or running a small business, and how to use the tools, playbooks and journeys on this site.
- What will it not do?
- It does not give personal tax, legal or investment advice, recommend a specific product or provider, promise a result, or tell you what to buy. When a question needs a professional, Monet will say so and help you prepare the questions to ask.
- Are any questions included for free?
- Yes. Every signed-in member gets included questions each month: 5 on a free account, 25 on Bronze, 50 on Silver, 100 on Gold and 150 on Platinum, counted over a rolling thirty days.
- How is the price of a question worked out?
- We publish the measured cost of an answer and add 30%. Card processing is then absorbed into the figure you see, so the amount on the button is the amount charged — nothing is ever added at checkout.
- Do I have to buy a big pack?
- No. You choose the number, from 10 up to 500 in one payment — 10, 14, 32, whatever suits you. Purchased questions do not expire and are used only after your included questions for the month run out.
- How do I buy and where do my questions appear?
- Pick your number and answer depth on the questions page and pay by card. The questions are added to your account straight away. If you paid before signing in, they attach to your account with the same email address the next time you open Monet.
- How do I request a session?
- Open Chat with Monet, start a new conversation and ask. Each conversation keeps its own context, so a thread about taxes stays separate from one about buying a business. Your conversations are private to your account.
Monet gives general education, not personal tax, legal or investment advice. Verify all figures with a qualified professional before acting.
