Privacy and confidentiality

Your money details are yours. What you save here is locked to your own account — administrators, staff, partners and other members cannot read it.

Your financial details are confidential — including from us

The private details you save on your account — estimated income, whether you are a W-2 earner or a business owner, business revenue, entity type, filing status, state, dependents, planned retirement year, goals, notes, Fragility Test scores, and any debt or credit figures you enter — are locked to your own account at the database level. Access rules on our systems allow only the signed-in owner of that account to read or change them.

Administrators, staff, partners, advisors and other members cannot read your saved financial details, your Fragility Test results, your debt plan or your conversations with Monet. Administrators can manage accounts, roles, access and purchases; they cannot open the confidential information described here.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your conversations with Monet

If you are signed in, your conversations are saved to your own account so you can continue them later, and only you can open them. Monet reads your saved private details to give context-aware answers, and that context never leaves your session. If you are not signed in, guest conversations are kept only in your own browser.

You can delete your saved private details at any time from your account page, and you can ask for your account and its data to be deleted entirely.

Please avoid entering account numbers, full Social Security numbers, passwords or other sensitive identifiers into the chat. Monet does not need them, and you should never need to share them to get an educational answer.

Credit, debt and Fragility Test information

Anything you enter about balances, interest rates, credit score ranges or a credit report summary is used solely to produce your own plan on your own screen. It is stored against your account only, under the same owner-only rules described above, and it is never pooled, resold, or shown to partners.

We do not keep your credit report. If you choose to connect your card and loan accounts, that connection is read-only, it needs your explicit permission, and the balances, interest rates and payments that come back are shown to you and are not written to our records at all.

The connection itself is deleted automatically three days after you create it, and you can remove it sooner at any time from the Debt Freedom page. Deletion removes it at our end and at the connection provider.

Because nothing is retained, we encourage you to download your own copy of your accounts and your plan from the Debt Freedom page and keep it on your own device. You can upload that file again later to carry on where you left off, without reconnecting or paying again.

We are not a credit bureau, credit repair organisation, lender or debt settlement company.

How your information is protected

Everything travels over encrypted connections and is stored on encrypted infrastructure. Your private records carry owner-only access rules enforced by the database itself, not just by the pages you see, so there is no route — for staff or anyone else — that reads them for you.

Sensitive fields are kept out of anything the public part of the site can read: partner contact emails and fee terms, seller contact emails on marketplace listings, and purchased files are all served only to the people entitled to them. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach us.

Passwords are never stored in readable form, sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, and administrator areas require both a verified sign-in and an administrator role. We keep the amount of information we hold to the minimum the feature needs, and we delete what is no longer needed.

What we do collect

Account basics: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, so you can sign in, recover access and receive the messages you asked for.

Purchases and memberships: our payment processor handles your card details and we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of what you purchased so your access works.

Newsletter and messages: if you subscribe or send an enquiry, we keep your email address and the content of what you sent so we can reply. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Basic technical logs used to keep the site secure and working.

Who we share with, and why

Only the service providers needed to run the platform: hosting and database, the payment processor, the email provider and the AI provider that powers Monet's answers. They process data on our instructions.

If you explicitly request an introduction to an advisor, partner or professional, we pass only what you submitted in that request — not your saved private profile.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of people using the platform.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details, change your email or password, delete your private financial profile, unsubscribe from emails, and request full deletion of your account. Requests can be sent through the contact details published on this site.

Education only

Everything on Let Money Grow is educational. Nothing here is financial, tax, legal, insurance or credit advice, and no confidentiality promise on this page changes that. Please read the full disclaimer and risk disclosure as well.

This policy may be updated as the platform grows. Questions can be sent through the contact details published on this site.
