1. Cancelling a membership
You can cancel a Let Money Grow membership at any time, for any reason, from the Manage billing area on your account page. Cancellation is self-service — you do not have to email us, call anyone, or give a reason, and there is no notice period or cancellation fee.
You can also write to support@letmoneygrow.com from the email address on the account, and we will cancel it for you.
2. When access ends
Cancelling always takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — never in the middle of it. If you are on a monthly plan, your membership stays fully open until the end of that monthly billing period, and then closes. If you are on an annual plan, your membership stays open until the end of the paid year.
Your account page shows the exact date your access runs through. After that date the account simply returns to the free Explore level. Your saved Talk To Monet conversation and pillar progress stay with your account.
3. No further charges after cancellation
Once you cancel, the membership does not renew and your card is not charged again. Charges already taken for the current period are what keep your access open through the end of that period.
4. Refunds on monthly memberships
Monthly memberships are not pro-rated or refunded part-way through a month, because access continues for the full month you paid for.
If you were charged by mistake — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge you did not authorise — contact support@letmoneygrow.com within 30 days and we will refund it in full.
5. Refunds on annual memberships
Annual memberships are discounted 50% because they are paid in full for the year up front. If you cancel an annual membership within 14 days of the original purchase and have not downloaded or exported member checklists, calculators, or blueprints, we will refund the annual payment in full.
After 14 days, annual payments are non-refundable, but your access continues for the whole paid year. You can cancel at any point during the year so that it does not renew.
6. Plan changes, upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated by our payment provider: you are credited for the unused time on your old plan and charged only the difference. Moving from monthly to annual applies the annual discounted rate from the date of the change.
7. Single tool unlocks
Individual checklists and calculators can be unlocked once instead of taking a membership. Because access is granted immediately and permanently, single unlocks are non-refundable except where a charge failed to deliver access, was duplicated, or was unauthorised. In those cases contact support@letmoneygrow.com within 30 days for a full refund.
8. Card processing fees
Card processing fees are shown separately at checkout and are paid by the buyer. When we refund a purchase, the processing fee attached to that purchase is refunded with it.
9. Donations to Hariom Helps Foundation
Donations are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, was a duplicate, or was in the wrong amount, contact support@letmoneygrow.com within 14 days and we will do our best to correct or refund it.
Memberships and tool unlocks are payments for educational services and are not charitable donations.
10. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your access continues during a short grace period while the payment is retried and you can update your card from your account page. If the retries do not succeed, the membership closes and the account returns to the free Explore level. You are not sent to collections and no cancellation fee is charged.
11. How to reach us
Email support@letmoneygrow.com with the email address on your account and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
